Breakfasts and Lunches are always pretty much the same. For breakfast we rely on Pancakes, Eggs, Muffins, Cold Cereal, and Cinnamon Rolls. Lunches are Salads, Sandwiches, and Leftovers. We also own a bakery/deli, so we eat lunch there several days a week.
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Spaghetti
Wednesday: Crock Pot Chicken Curry
Thursday: Indian Egg Curry
Friday: Chili Burgers
Saturday: Chicken Tetrazini
Sunday: Chole Poori

I like your idea of putting a sheet on the back of the recipe to note the changes that worked and didn't. I usually just write mine in the margins as my grandmother did, but a nice place to put everything in order is a great idea! Thanks!
